A. Once your order has been confirmed, we will provide you with a delivery tracking ID to help you stay updated regarding your delivery.

A. Products are usually dispatched and delivered between 4-7 days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.

Q. How can I cancel or change an order? 
A. To make changes to your orders, you can send us an email at support@zhanes.in along with a copy of your proof of purchase. 

Q. Do shipping fees apply to deliveries within India? 
A. Shipping is free for all orders above INR 500. However, If you shop in India and ship internationally, you will be charged for shipping.

A. For all international deliveries, shipping will be charged according to the delivery location. Additional customs and duties might be required to be paid on arrival depending on the local customs and import policies. Return and Refund Policy 

Q. What is the refund policy and how to return an item? 
A. We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you had received along with a proof of purchase. For more details, visit our Refund and Returns page

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q. How will I be refunded? 
A. Once we receive your package, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded in your original mode of payment. It might take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
