For Local Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders above INR 500.
Majority of the products on our platform are handcrafted or produced in limited batches to make sure that the product does not create unnecessary waste. So, once an order is made, our merchants will first confirm the product availability and then dispatch it. Due to this, you may receive items ordered through various merchants at different timings. But we generally take care to have the orders dispatched within 4-7 days after an order has been placed.
If a product is unavailable at the moment, we will inform you and update you once it restocks. You can also refer to the product descriptions when placing your order to check whether there are exceptions on delivery times.
For International Shipping
In case of international shipping, once an order is confirmed, all ordered items will be collected and dispatched in one shipping, usually within 4-7 days. Shipping charges will apply as per the weight of the package and the delivery location. The total shipping price will be calculated at the time of the checkout.
Customs and duties if applicable in your territory are to be paid by the customer on arrival.
Once the order has been confirmed, we will provide a tracking ID for your order as well as provide an estimated date for your delivery.
If a package is not received on the first delivery, we will make an attempt to deliver the order up to three times. In case the order is not received, it will be marked as “non-delivery” and will be returned to the merchant.
We always ensure that the orders are delivered to you as quickly and as smoothly as possible. However, in case of situations that are out of our control, such as in case of natural calamities, traffic regulations, strikes, delivery outage or customs, we will communicate to you to inform you regarding the status of your deliveries.
