Truefarm organic red rice has a deep reddy-brown color as it’s a whole grain and so contains the bran as well as grain. It’s the bran that supplies much of the fiber as well as the mineral content, notably iron, zinc, and manganese.

Iron is involved in the immune system as well as energy production whilst zinc helps cognitive function as well as assists in protein and carbohydrate breakdown in the digestive system.
